According to industry sources, a big OIS and autofocus actuators supplier in South Korea has struck a deal with Apple. Some believe that the OIS modules maker is spending more than $155 million on building a new manufacturing facility. Given the size of the investment and the fact that Apple often asks its suppliers to build production lines just for its needs, that's a strong indication that the two companies are starting to work together. Samsung Exynos 1280 chipset officially announced

Samsung announced the Exynos 1280 chipset found in some of its recent Galaxy A midrangers. The chip is built on Samsung’s 5nm EUV process and features an eight-core CPU made up of two Cortex-A78 performance cores alongside six Cortex-A55 power-efficient cores. The GPU side is handled by the Arm Mali-G68 and you get both sub-6GHz and mmWave 5G connectivity.

Huawei Mate 50 to launch soon & Nova 10 series to launch in June this year

Huawei is working on the next Mate series flagship – Mate 50 in the second half of this year. A Weibo tipster revealed that the Mate 50 Pro version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset will launch soon. Also, Huawei is preparing to debut the new mid-range smartphone lineup – Huawei Nova 10 series that will reportedly launch in June.
