During the Launch Event, on January 24th, we interviewed with Filippo Ghirardi, Omnichannel Project Manager at Prénatal.
Filippo explains what is the biggest benefit in having a crowd to run testing in Quality Assurance projects. According to Filippo, UNGUESS helped the Prénatal team find the bugs and digital issues they couldn't see and helped them improve the quality of their product, gain the confidence in what they release and highlight the areas where improvement would be the most welcome to their end-users.

Luca Manara, CEO & Co-founder at UNGUESS: Ciao Filippo, we have been working together on Prénatal eCommerce. In this perspective, what is the biggest benefit in having a crowd to run testing in Quality Assurances projects?
Filippo Ghirardi, Omnichannel PM at Prénatal: For Prénatal, it’s important to have very high standards of all digital projects and products we launch. As you can imagine, it’s very demanding to find all the bugs before going live or before releasing new solutions. Internal testing requires a lot of effort and people. For our internal team it’s impossible to cover all devices and configurations there are in the real world. UNGUESS helped us to find the bugs and digital issues hidden to us and helped us to improve the quality of our product, gain the confidence in what we release and highlight the areas where improvement would be the most welcome to our end users.
