Cristian Vaghi, Head of CX and Journey Design: Today, UX, digitalital optimisation and, more in general, digital tools are not only central for a fulfilling digital experience but they are more and more fundamental in the direction of a continuous improvement of the overall customer experience. In this direction UX and CX and more and more intercorrelated. UX is becoming part of CX and vice versa.
